Start/End Km and Hours: All distances and time are calculated from garage to garage.
Email Communication: Please read emails carefully, understand the contents and prices, and keep a copy for your reference. All email communications will be part of the contract once the booking is made.
Duty Slip: A duty slip must be filled out by the customer; no disputes will be entertained once submitted.
Parking, Toll, and State Entry Fees: All fees for parking, tolls, and state entry are to be directly paid by the customer.
Sightseeing: Sightseeing will be done as per the specified itinerary. The vehicle is not permitted to go off the route unless specified.
Vehicle Substitution: Go Urban Ride reserves the right to provide a similar vehicle if the vehicle you booked is unavailable.
Additional Charges: Any additional charges incurred during the trip (like extra hours, fuel surcharges, etc.) will be payable directly to the driver in cash.
AC Usage: Air conditioning will not function in hilly areas or when the vehicle is stopped or parked.
Speed Limit: The driver is instructed to follow all speed limits as per the Indian Motor Vehicles Act. No driver is allowed to exceed the legal speed limits.
Termination of Booking: Go Urban Ride reserves the right to cancel or terminate any booking at any time without prior notice or providing a reason.
Airport/Railway Transfers: It is the customer’s responsibility to call the cab with enough notice to ensure timely arrival for connecting journeys. Delays caused by traffic or other factors are not the responsibility of Go Urban Ride.
Luggage and Belongings: Please check your vehicle for personal belongings before leaving. Go Urban Ride is not responsible for any loss or damage to luggage or articles.
Vehicle Breakdown: If a vehicle breaks down due to technical issues, Go Urban Ride will arrange another vehicle if needed. For minor issues, the vehicle will be repaired as soon as possible. We ask for your cooperation.
Delays or Alterations: Go Urban Ride is not responsible for any delays or program alterations due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, breakdowns, weather, sickness, landslides, closures due to political unrest, or other unforeseen events.
No Entry Zones: Drivers will not drive in “No Entry” zones. Guests should not force the driver to take narrow streets or roads that could create traffic jams.
Working Hours: The standard working hours for drivers are 12 hours per day. If additional hours are required, please inform us in advance.
Hill Area Restrictions: In hill areas, driving after sunset and playing music may not be allowed for safety reasons. Kindly cooperate with these restrictions.
Pick-up and Drop-off Locations: Pick-up and drop-off are allowed at one location only. Multiple pick-ups and drops should be mentioned during booking.
Multiple Visits to Places: If you plan to visit a place multiple times or want to include extra sightseeing, please mention it at the time of booking as some destinations may have high parking charges.
Rate Fluctuations: Rates are subject to change due to fluctuations in diesel/petrol prices. If there’s an increase of more than 5% in fuel prices from the time of booking, we reserve the right to revise the rates.
Extra Charges: Extra charges will apply for off-route sightseeing, excursions, or additional requests that are not part of the initial agreement.
No Refunds: There will be no refund for unused services, short stays, or if certain sightseeing points are missed due to unforeseen issues.
Cancellation/Refund: No cancellation or refund will be made in case of events beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslides, flight cancellations, political unrest, strikes, natural disasters, or similar causes.
ID Proof: As mandated by the Government of India, all customers (Indian or Foreign Nationals) must provide valid identification (Passport & Visa, Voter ID, or Driver’s License with a photo) upon check-in.
Accommodation: For additional adults, many hotels provide an extra mattress instead of an extra bed. If an extra bed is required, please inform us beforehand.
Medical Fitness: Customers must be medically fit for the tour. Please inform us if you have any medical issues or allergies.
Hotel Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in and check-out time at hotels in India is 12:01 PM. Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Meals: Meals included in the package will be served as buffet, fixed menu, or meal credit. Items outside the standard menu are chargeable and must be paid directly to the hotel.
Extra Charges for Amenities: Charges for amenities like WiFi, room heaters, etc., are not included in the package and must be paid directly to the hotel.
Accidents or Injuries: Go Urban Ride is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, death, or theft of person or property during the course of travel.
Cancellation by Go Urban Ride: Go Urban Ride reserves the right to cancel any services without a refund until full payment is received. We may alter the features or functionality of services without notice.
Jurisdiction: Go Urban Ride submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh for any disputes.
