You can easily make a reservation through our website by selecting your desired vehicle, pickup and drop-off locations, and dates. After filling in your details, simply confirm your booking.

2. Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. For any changes or cancellations, please contact our customer service team.

3. Is there a minimum or maximum rental period?

We offer flexible rental periods. You can rent a vehicle for as little as one day or as long as needed. Please check availability for long-term rentals.

Payment

1. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and secure online payment gateways. You can choose your preferred option at checkout.

2. Is a deposit required to secure my reservation?

Yes, a deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance can be paid upon pickup.

3. Can I get a refund if I cancel my reservation?

Refunds are possible based on our cancellation policy. If you cancel within the allowed time frame, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

Preparation

1. What should I do before my ride?

Please ensure your booking details are correct, including the pickup time and location. Be ready at your pickup spot 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time.

2. Do I need to confirm my reservation before the ride?

You will receive a confirmation email or message with all your booking details. If there are any changes, you will be notified. No additional confirmation is needed unless you wish to make changes to your booking.

3. What happens if my driver is late?

If your driver is running late, you will be notified via email or phone. If there's a significant delay, we will make alternate arrangements or offer a refund depending on the situation.

Refund Policy

1. What is the refund policy for cancellations?

If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your pickup time, you will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are subject to a cancellation fee.

2. How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

3. Can I get a refund if the vehicle is damaged?

If the vehicle is returned in a damaged condition, the cost of repairs may be deducted from your deposit. Refunds for the rental are not available under these circumstances.
