While booking the cab or using any services offered at info@gourbanride.com, the following rules apply:
Bookings can be made up to 180 days in advance of the trip start date. The minimum booking time is 3 hours before the trip start time.
Bookings can be made through our website at www.gourbanride.com, or by calling us at +91-88725-00513.
To confirm an online cab booking, an advance payment is required. This advance is based on the estimated trip cost and will be deducted from the final amount payable at the end of the trip.
For each confirmed booking, a car will be allocated at least 8 hours before the trip (2 hours for outstation One-Way trips). The customer will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with the car and driver details after allocation.
Customers should carry a printout of the booking voucher or the booking confirmation SMS for identification.
The following rules will apply for booking modifications:
You can modify the start and/or end date (prepone or postpone) of a booking without any modification fee, provided the vehicle is available, up to 24 hours or more before the original pickup time.
All modification requests should be communicated to us via phone at +91-88725-00513 or by email at info@gourbanride.com. We will respond through email, call, or SMS.
Modifications are allowed even after the trip has started, subject to availability. Such modifications are at the discretion of Go Urban Ride and may incur additional costs.
After paying the advance amount, the remaining trip cost must be paid to the driver. This payment can be made during or at the end of the trip and will be adjusted against the final bill. For any billing clarifications, please call Go Urban Ride at +91-88725-00513 before, during, or after the trip.
The cash payment to the driver/vendor will be the total cost plus service tax minus the advance payment (if any). The final payment should always be in cash, as the driver might not be able to process card payments and will not accept cheque payments.
If the final amount is less than the advance booking deposit, Go Urban Ride will refund the excess amount to the customer after confirming with the driver/operator. This refund will be processed within 5-7 working days after the trip’s completion.
All refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days, and payments are always done via the original source of payment for booking the cab.
Refund requests made via WhatsApp and SMS will not be considered.
